Based in Oakville, ON, Avalanche Property Services offers a full suite of maintenance and improvement services for commercial and municipal properties in the Greater Toronto Area.

Our Management team has over 30 years experience in construction, commercial snow-removal, paving and landscaping.   The company president, Gino, started a landscaping & snow-removal business in the 1980s, eventually growing it into one of the largest property services companies in Ontario.  Other senior staff members have run commercial paving companies for several decades.  When you employ Avalanche you are bringing a wealth of experience and skill to your project.
